KORTROS started its journey in 2005 as a regional company, whose first project was construction in Akademichesky District of Yekaterinburg. We suggested, and were the first to implement, the idea of the integrated urban development (IUD).

IUD projects make over 90% of the development projects in our portfolio. IUD Project Akademichesky (Yekaterinburg) is the largest development project in Europe, being actively implemented. We successfully apply know-hows in the field of integrated urban development for smaller projects.
